What you get
The call comes in while your hands are full and you cannot get to it. Ten seconds later that person has a text from your number asking what they need. They stop working down the list.
Between the missed call and the text going out.
It doesn't stop at 5pm, or on Sunday.
Extra cost. It's in every plan, including the $97 one.
No voicemail, no record, no name. The customer just calls the next guy and you carry on with your day none the wiser. This is the only part of the system that fixes a problem you can't currently see.
Most people won't leave a voicemail and won't listen to one either. They will answer a text. Moving the conversation to a channel people actually use is most of the win.
You don't have to break off what you're doing to answer. The conversation holds itself until you're off the ladder and can look at your phone properly.
Ten minutes on the phone and you'll know if it's for you. No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence.
(509) 355-9409How it works
A call · 10 minutes
I ask what you do, where you work, and what happens when you miss a call. You ask me anything. If it's not a fit I'll say so.
I build · 7 days
Your services, your towns, your hours, some photos of your work. Then I build the site and set the system up. You do nothing.
Launch · 15 minutes
I walk you round it, show you where the leads land, and you call your own number so you see what a customer sees. That's it.
Questions
It sends from your business line, so it looks like you, because it is you. You can read every conversation and jump in any time.
On the $97 plan, yes. The first message is automatic and then it's you. On $297 the assistant handles the back-and-forth and books the job, and you just get told.
There is, and I handle it. US carriers make every business register before it can send automatic texts. It's called A2P 10DLC and it's a federal requirement, not my rule. I file yours the day you sign so it's approved by the time your site goes live. It takes about a week and it's the one part of this I can't speed up.
