What you get

The part of you that never goes to bed.

It knows your services, your area, your hours and roughly what you charge. Somebody asks a question at 11pm on a Sunday and it answers like you would, then puts the job in your calendar.

11pm

Roughly when half your enquiries actually arrive.

Instant

How fast it replies, every single time.

Your voice

It's set up to sound like you, not like a robot.

What it does, and what it doesn't.

01

It handles the routine

What do you charge roughly. Do you cover Cashmere. When could you come out. Can you do a gate as well as a fence. That's most of what people ask, and it answers instantly.

02

It books straight into your calendar

When someone's ready it offers the slots you actually have free and puts the job in. You get a summary on your phone. Nobody has to phone anybody.

03

It knows when to stop

Anything unusual, anything about money it isn't sure of, anything that smells like a complaint. It stops, takes a message, and flags you. I'd rather it hand off early than guess.

Want to talk it through?

Ten minutes on the phone and you'll know if it's for you. No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence.

How it works

What working with me looks like.

1

A call · 10 minutes

We talk

I ask what you do, where you work, and what happens when you miss a call. You ask me anything. If it's not a fit I'll say so.

2

I build · 7 days

You send me a short form

Your services, your towns, your hours, some photos of your work. Then I build the site and set the system up. You do nothing.

3

Launch · 15 minutes

We go live

I walk you round it, show you where the leads land, and you call your own number so you see what a customer sees. That's it.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Will it say something stupid to my customer?

It's given your services, your area, your hours and your pricing, and it's told to hand off rather than guess. You can read every conversation it has. If it ever says something you don't like, you tell me and I fix the instruction that caused it.

Can people tell it's not me?

It introduces itself as your assistant. I don't build things that pretend to be you. That's the sort of thing that costs you a customer when it comes out.

What if I'd rather answer myself?

Turn it off for the times you want. Plenty of guys have it on evenings and weekends only.
